Sennheiser All-Day Clear Replacement Receivers

I finally spoke someone today after 15 attempts..I came across an unknown email That mentioned "new customer" and when I opened it a gentleman from an affiliate company of Hear By Design that fills the orders emailed me. He said they had sent the correct receiver and he apologized for "dropping the ball" on this ...that this was a new company that had some hick ups. He threw in some wax guards for good measure..He asked me to follow up once I received the package. I appreciated his sincerity and the way he corrected the issue professionally. I hope they understand that you need to respond to customers in a timely manner in the future. It's unacceptable to post a customer service number and offer chat option for questions and communication and then ignore customers when they call your customer service line and leave messages on your site.

I would give zero stars if I could. Originally, I was happy to find a replacement receiver for my all day clear hearing aids. I ordered the right (not left ) one for $53.30 and some ear guards also. The receiver that was delivered had 2 prongs instead of the 3 pronged correct one that was described and pictured on the site...This may have been a simple mistake and easy to exchange for the correct advertised one in the photo but no person will answer any call or text or contact me and I have been trying for a week now....I am afraid I have been bamboozled and will be contesting this fervently.
