Refund Policy
Hear By Design offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (less S&H) for hearing aid products only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Before returning your product, you must first contact us at sales@hearbydesign.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Along with your email request for the return, please also include:
- Your complete name
- The mailing address where the product was shipped
- A contact telephone number
- Your reason for returning the product
NO PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING AN RMA NUMBER FROM HEAR BY DESIGN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Unfortunately, Hear By Design does not pay for return shipping. Please be sure to get tracking information to ensure it has been returned properly.
If your return request has been accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
30 Day Return Policy
Customers can initiate a return up to 30 days after the date on which the order was delivered.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including all accessories. Please email sales@hearbydesign.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed and your return has not been approved, please contact us at sales@hearbydesign.com.
