The service involves programming the hearing instruments amplification settings based on the patient's audiogram. The goal is to achieve clear, accurate sound while preventing discomfort, thereby improving the wearer's quality of life.
Please place an order for your Sennheiser OTC hearing aid first. Be sure to include our programming service in your order. Once your order is placed, you may submit a current audiogram (preferably within the past 6 months). After your audiogram is received, a team member will reach out to confirm the details prior to programming.
