Warning Against Fascist America: Martial Law, Detention Camps, FEMA Pastors
This another one of those stories that I came across a while ago, but wasn’t sure of it’s validity, because if it was indeed true, it’s frightening to think of what could be upon us. The thought of a legalized military government - commonly known as martial law, detention camps, forced gun confiscation, government churches & pastors on the payroll seems too outrageous. Now a former Congressman, Dan Hamburg, is speaking out. I’m going to break down the article and the issues surrounding it into several key areas so they can be explained…there are several pieces here we should be concerned about.
Martial Law & the Legislation that enables it
First, in his article published this month by the San Francisco Chronicle, the former Congressman warns us of the government’s plans to eventually enact martial law - complete authoritarian control over its citizens. He sites the series of government awarded contracts to Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) to build detention centers at undisclosed locations.
The article states:
“According to diplomat and author Peter Dale Scott, the KBR contract is part of a Homeland Security plan titled ENDGAME, which sets as its goal the removal of all removable aliens and potential terrorists.”
Several martial law-enabling pieces of legislation will put a complete end to American’s freedoms as we currently know them.
These include the:
- Sect. 1042 of the 2007 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which gives the President authority to declare martial law at anytime he would deem necessary. Anyone who could be classified as an enemy to the government can be forced to give up their guns, listen to the soldiers…it’s for our own safety.
- The Military Commissions Act of 2006, which allows for anyone who speaks out against the government to be imprisoned and will not be entitled to a fair trial by jury…in other words, the end of Habeus Corpus.
- National Security Presidential Directive 51 (NSPD-51), which which specifies the procedures for “continuity of the federal government” in the event of a “catastrophic emergency.” This legislation defines an emergency as “any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions.” This means that at anytime the President declares something to be a “crisis”, he has the authority to do anything from “canceling elections to suspending the Constitution to launching a nuclear attack”, without Congressional oversight.
- H.R. 1955 - Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007. This would allow for a group of people, not necessarily our representatives in Washington, to go throughout the country and ‘investigate’ extremist ideology that would “promote political, religious, or social beliefs.” The findings of this group would allow for the start of passing legislation against the radicals exercising freedom of speech! It already passed in the house 404-6. According to the SF Chronicle article, “A clue as to where Harman’s commission might be aiming is the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act, a law that labels those who engage in sit-ins, civil disobedience, trespass, or any other crime in the name of animal rights as terrorists…groups in the crosshairs could be anti-abortion protesters, anti-tax agitators, immigration activists, environmentalists, peace demonstrators, Second Amendment rights supporters.”….all potential terrorists, basically anyone who is a free thinker and speaks out against injustice.
The Detention Camps
We’ve seen the legislation that allows for martial law to be forced upon us should any kind of emergency require it’s enactment. How do the camps fit it? Well, the mainstream media and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced these detention centers as useful for the mass influx of immigrants…according to ICE spokeswoman Jamie Zuieback, she confirmed with World Net Daily columnist that “the facilities could be employed in national emergencies, including natural disasters.” There is great debate about where exactly these detention facilities are, who will be put in them, and when they will be used. But one thing is for certain, they do exist, as well as the plans to use them for anything that the President deems necessary.
Projects like Rex 84, or the Readiness Exercise 1984, are exercises in which the government practices rounding up large numbers of people and detaining them…all to ensure the “continuity of government”. Folks, whenever you hear that phrase from the President, military, or anyone in government, be very skeptical. It’s commonly used as the main reason for doing anything against the people to make sure that they do not revolt against it…whenever you hear it, you can be certain it’s part of the intention to take away more freedom.
FEMA, along with other organizations, will be the instrument for when, how & who gets put in them. After all, during a time of crisis is when we the people are most likely to go along and do whatever we’re told…and it’s already been documented & admitted that our President has obtained and can exercise authority to use the military to send us there whenever a crisis occurs…and we are not allowed to know the details of what exactly will happen to us!
Gun Confiscation
In order to ensure that free-thinking Americans do not revolt against a police state/martial law rule by force, the government knows it must disarm the people. Another form of mandating civilian compliance, enabling complete control. After Hurricane Katrina, it’s no secret that military personnel scoured the streets of New Orleans, attempting to rid all of it’s citizens of their guns. Why? Well for our safety of course. That bothers me, because according to the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution, I have a right to bear arms to protect myself. But what really bothers me is the indisputable video evidence that shows the METHOD in which the citizens were disarmed. Normal, good, ordinary civilians like you and me were treated like terrorists or criminals as the military troops pounded on doors, barking orders and threats, and at times physically injured helpless citizens. These people had already lost so much and had been through a traumatic event - so the government said, “Ok, let’s go terrorize our own people and take their guns.”?? Watch the video below and listen to the victims warn you themselves of what all of us could face if ANY form of emergency were to reach our part of the nation.
FEMA Pastors
A while ago, an Ohio pastor came forward and said publicly that he had enrolled in a ‘crisis management’ FEMA program that recruited several thousand church pastors & clergymen. I wasn’t sure about it, but when I saw this report from KSLA 12 News, I knew I had to write about it, along with how this ties in with the other things on martial law coming from a national crisis. The goal of this program is to train pastors on how to effectively handle their congregations in a time of a “national emergency”…another phrase we should be skeptical of…that seems to be the motivation for all stripping of freedom. The people will be instructed to follow their pastors, submit to the government, and you’ll be safe. In return for signing up for this program, the pastors and their families will receive food, water, & vaccines first. Those who do not will not be taken care of by the government. The pastors were told to preach from the book of Romans…
Romans 13:1-2 “Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.”
This is scary stuff…the government is established by the Lord?? If that’s true, then why do we fight other governments in the world?? I’m just wondering, when it comes down to a real national emergency, how many church-going folks will readily follow their pastors into a FEMA camp or other detainment facility and do everything as the government instructs them. NOT ME!!
I can just imagine it now..long lines of suspected terrorists, illegal immigrants, political activists, and church members being processed into various detention camps…the loud overhead speaker blarring the instructions like a broken record to the people “Turn in your weapons at the gate…men on the left…women on the right…remove your clothes, you must be searched…only government issued clothing can be worn…give us your children, they need to be vaccinated…proceed to the medical facility for a physical and safety chip implantation……your totalitarian government loves you.”
I thought Germany already went through this once and we agreed it wasn’t right. Why aren’t we speaking up more forcefully to our elected officials to STOP the unending forms of legislation that continue to threaten our freedom?! I do not, under any national emergency or any conditions at all want to be put in a detention camp…and neither should you. If you hear of certain ‘crisis management’ programs at a church, please attend them and warn people about what could be coming. If you’re still skeptical, watch the video below from KSLA News for yourself.

Unfortunately, all the pieces needed for a Coup d’Etat by National Emergency are in place, but corporate media is almost completely ignoring it. The San Francisco Chronicle article is a notable exception.

Thanks for the comment, William. The only thing the media tells us is how ‘good’ this stuff is and how it’s necessary to keep us safe. There are a few exceptions, and I commend the San Francisco Chronicle for publishing this article. Dan Hamburg is trying to get another similar article published by them.
